Kotkin, Stephen Mark

Специалист по истории СССР.
Окончил университет Рочестера (BA, 1981). Окончил также университет Калифорнии в Беркли (MA 1983), там же защитил диссертацию (PhD 1988). Учился у профессоров
Реджинальда Зелника (Reginald Zelnik) и Мартина Малии (Martin Malia).
Преподает в Гуверовском институте Стэнфорда.
